This policy explains what personal data Guangzhou MicroLinkpro Technology Co.,Ltd ("MicroLinkpro", "we") collects when you use www.microlinkpro.com or contact us about ATM spare parts, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Guangzhou MicroLinkpro Technology Co.,Ltd is an independent supplier of ATM spare parts, based at 201, A12 Building, Dongjin Logistics Park, No. 39 Chenjialin Road, Nan'an, 511340 Xintang, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong, P.R. 2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, place an order or ask a technical question, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, delivery country and address, the ATM model and part numbers you are asking about, and any photos or notes you attach. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those messages pass through the respective provider.
Technical data
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information about requests to the site — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site secure, diagnose faults and understand which pages are useful. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, check the model and stock, and return a quotation.
- To process and ship an order, including arranging carriage and customs paperwork.
- To handle warranty, replacement and after-sales questions.
- To keep the records we are required to keep for accounting, tax and export compliance.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps you asked us to take before a contract (your enquiry and order), our legitimate interest in running a secure business and answering commercial enquiries, and your consent where you have given it (for example if you ask to be added to a mailing list).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only where it is needed to serve you:
- Carriers — DHL, FedEx or UPS receive the consignee name, address and telephone number so your parcel can be delivered, and customs paperwork is filed where applicable.
- Customs brokers and freight forwarders, where a shipment is handled on your behalf or export documentation is required.
- Our hosting and domain service providers, which store the website and the technical logs described above.
- The translation service described in section 5, only when you use the language switcher.
5. Cookies, local storage and the language switcher
Our pages set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We run no analytics, advertising or pixel scripts — ours or anyone else’s — and we do not build visitor profiles. Our pages set no cookies.

The language switcher on this site is powered by a translation library (translate.js). When it loads it contacts the translation service (ZVO, api.zvo.cn / translate.zvo.cn) to fetch its language list, and when you choose a language the text of that page is sent to that service so it can be translated. If you do not use the language switcher, no page text is sent to it. The language switcher also loads small flag icons from a public icon CDN (flagcdn.com).
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; the site will continue to work.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting, tax and export record-keeping obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete them or remove the personal details from them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security
This site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Access to enquiry and order records is limited to the staff who need it to quote, ship and support your order.
9. Children
This site is a business-to-business supplier site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and move the date at the top. This version is dated 13 October 2026.
